Activation of new placements or new Public Offerings takes place through the following functions:

• Public Offerings data definition

• Data details on sub-offering

Within this module is located an area dedicated to the management of interconnected institutional clients.

Functions in this module allow automation of data exchange with clients:

• Acquisition of new flows  from interconnected bank

• Acquisition of new flows on orders' registers

• Transmission of counterparty response flows to interconnected banks 

IPO functions of communication with the market

The module allows connection to financial markets through intermediaries or directly with SIA.

The application allows interaction between the following functions:

• Generation and transmission of flows to SIA

• Reception of positive and negative flows from SIA

• Manual editing of records submitted to SIA for removal of anomalies due to external transmission

query and reporting transactions

To better monitor the data flow, following functions have been implemented:

• Daily summary of booking requests

• Summary reporting at sub-offer level

• Sub-offers monitoring 

• Query on flows received from interconnected clients

• Query on results received from the Market
